Taking a panoramic photo
Get a wider shot of landscapes in one sweep.
Some camera features are not available when you’re in this scene, such as zooming.
1. Open the Camera app.
2. Switch to Camera mode.
3. On the Viewfinder screen, tap to show the camera options.
4. Tap , and then tap .
5. When you're ready to take the shot, tap .
6. Pan left or right in either landscape or portrait view. Hold HTC Butterfly 2 as
smoothly as you can to automatically capture frames.
You can also tap to stop capturing anytime.
The camera stitches the frames into a single photo.
Other camera features
Using Zoe camera
Don’t let the best moments just pass by. When timing is everything, capture the exact
moment with HTC Butterfly 2 and get more than just a still photo.
With just a convenient button in Zoe camera mode, you can:
§ Take a photo.
§ Capture a combo of burst shots and a 3-second video clip for advanced editing
features in Gallery, such as Sequence Shot, Always Smile, and Object Removal.
See Gallery on page 86 for details.
§ Record a longer video and also capture burst shots during the first three
seconds.
Some camera features are not available when you’re using Zoe camera, such as
zooming.
1. Open the Camera app.
2. Switch to Zoe camera mode. To find out how to switch between capture
modes, see Choosing a capture mode on page 72.
3. Tap once to take a photo.
